TAPMI Admission 2023 Updates:

TAPMI Admission 2023 is open for BBA and IPM program.

TAPMI accepts CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT scores for MBA Admission. Other than the entrance exam scores, the overall profile of candidates is also taken into account.

The shortlisting criteria include academic profile, work experience, achievements in sports, extra-curricular achievements, entrepreneurial spirit, contribution to social activities, diversity, leadership potential, integrity and values.

TAPMI MBA Admission Process

Candidates must have pursued a minimum of 50% marks in graduation. Final years students are also eligible. If any candidate failed to score 50% marks then his/her admission shall be cancelled. Admission into the MBA program at TAPMI includes two stages i.e. Shortlisting & Admission process.

Stage 1: Shortlisting

Candidates will be shortlisted based on Valid scores in CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT. Apart from the exam scores, candidates’ performance in classes 10^th, 12^th, Graduation, work experience, extra-curricular achievements, achievements in sports, diversity, entrepreneurial spirit, leadership potential, integrity, contribution to social activities, and values are also considered.

Stage 2: Admission Process

The admission process includes two steps i.e Moderated Group Discussion (MGD) and Personal Interview (PI).

Moderate Group Discussion: It tests the candidate’s ability to interaction ability within a group and enriches the discussion. Candidates Problem Solving, Confidence, Assertiveness, Persuasion, Collaboration and Communication skills are also evaluated.

Personal Interview: This step evaluates the candidate’s overall attitude and suitability towards management education, including aspects such as Self- Awareness, Social Awareness, Self-Management, Leadership and Communication.

TAPMI Application Process

Candidates have to visit the institute’s website and fill out the college application form online.
They need to upload the required documents and pay an application fee.
Candidates need to put in their valid relevant entrance exam scores.
After they are shortlisted candidates need to appear for EPT, MGD, and PI on the prescribed date for MBA Admissions.
After they are selected in the final selection, those candidates have to submit their documents for physical verification and pay the fees to confirm their admission.

No hard copy of the application is entertained by the college.
The above procedure may be changed depending on the development that may arise.
TAPMI uses CAT/GMAT/XAT/NMAT by GMAC™ scores for shortlisting the candidates. IIMs, XLRI and GMAC have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme.
No Management quota is available at TAPMI.
Any disputes regarding the admissions to these programmes are subject to the jurisdiction of Udupi only.
Ragging is banned, and anyone found to do so will be punished.

TAPMI Application Fees

The application fee is non-refundable. The application fee for the BBA program is INR 900 and for the MBA program application fee is as follows:

Single program: INR 1,850
Any Two programs: INR 2,450
Any Three programs: INR 3,200
Any Four programs: INR 4,000
