Maharashtra Common Entrance Test
MHT CET is considered at par with JEE Mains in terms of overall difficulty level and subjects. MHT CET 2024 question papercomprises 2 papers carrying 100 marks each. For PCM, the first paper is Mathematics while for PCB, there is Biology. Paper 2 is common for both PCB and PCM- Physics and Chemistry. You are provided with 3 hours to complete the examination.
- There is no negative marking in MHT CET exam.
- There are 150 questions in the PCM exam and 200 questions in the PCB exam.
According to reports, MHT CET 2024 has received 14% more registrations compared to last year. Close to 90,000 more students have applied for engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture programs in the state of Maharashtra.
